Due to the expansion of our sales activity on the European market we are looking for an ambitious and experienced

INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER BIOCIDES (M/F)

Position based in Vienna, Austria

Your tasks:
  • Manage the international key accounts, considering the economic and quality requirements for defined customers, segments, markets and products in line with the formulated sales strategy
  • Define and implement price, product, go-to-market and quality strategies for the assigned key accounts
  • Develop and implement a long-term profitable sales strategy for key accounts
  • Responsible for a limited number of regional key accounts and for the further development of new potential key account relationships
  • Address the needs of the key accounts to Portfolio and Product Management as well as Campaign Management/ Marketing Communications
  • Provide inputs to the Portfolio Manager and the Manager Sales about new business opportunities, considering competitive moves, new developments and new arising customer needs and trends in the market
Your skills:
  • Practical experience and sound knowledge or relevant degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the biocides or other highly regulated industries (e.g. Healthcare, Engineering, Automotive)
  • Perfect command of English and German, ideally fluent in French
  • Ability to think strategically and define business opportunities or create value-add solutions
  • Strong business acumen with "Hands on" – mentality
  • Willingness to tackle and solve all topics in a consequent and focussed manner
  • Dynamic and persistent personality with the ability to get things done
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Very good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
