Due to the expansion of our Biologicals’ sales activity in the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) market we are looking for an ambitious and experienced


Position based in Budapest, Hungary

Your tasks:
  • Ensure the growth and success of our Biologicals in our core Markets (AT, RO, HU) and expand it to the other CEE countries
  • Support and implement a long term profitable sales and Go-to-Market strategy in Biologicals, in alignment with the Business Unit strategy
  • Manage distribution partners, developing the existing customer relationships and approaching new customers based on Market Development plans
  • Establish contracts as well as manage and follow up order process
  • Contribute to design premarketing activities and to develop marketing campaigns, in collaboration with Portfolio Management, Technical Marketing and Marketing Communications
  • Implement all marketing activities defined for the area of responsibility, including the participation in fairs and exhibitions as a representative of Kwizda New Technology
  • Responsible for a suitable sales planning and implementation, based on the sales budget and in agreement with the Business Unit Management
  • Provide regular reporting about results to the Business Unit Manager
Your skills:
  • Sound knowledge or relevant degree in agricultural sciences with commercial background
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar sales position in distribution or an international industry company (biologicals, special fertilizer, seeds, crop protection), operating in CEE markets
  • Expertise in crop protection
  • Perfect command of Hungarian or another CEE language and fluent in English
  • Strong business acumen with "Hands on"–mentality
  • Experienced in building up new markets
  • Willingness to tackle and solve all topics in a consequent and focussed manner
  • Flexibility, ability to handle daily operations as well as the strategic challenges of the future
  • Dynamic and persistent personality with the ability to get things done
  • Very good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
